mine must have been a dud then cause it kepted crashing and wont work now it just shows the windows xp logo and thats all it does, im usin my dell now its better.

Na im just messing around. I owned a compaq, never had a problem, neighbor had the same exact model as me, terrible POS. They are very hit or miss. But they are dirt cheap lol

etones, that system couldn't run xp smoothly with the original hardware anyways (comes with ME, which in my personal opinion absolutely sucks)

upgrading that comp was so easy. I had a great time with that computer and i got ME working GOOD! WOW! Just get all the service packs.

ahhh, im sitting right across from one of those atm (luckily its not mine). 633mhz of pure joy until evrything required 1gh+. it has all basic stuff and runs xp fine. it even had usb slots on the front, a first for me back then.
