Wow, where's that? It had to be -50... the coldest I've ever been in is -5 and I don't think -5 could've frozen rain like that.

I live in Minneapolis, about every five or six years we get something like this. It actually happens when the temp at the ground is around 28 degrees F . the sun at certian angles makes it look like crystal city and surreal. great pic Julio
