I modified windows/explorer.exe with resource hacker. Bitmap 143 to change the icon from the MS flag, and string table 37 and 38 to change the word. Make sure you make back ups before you modify the files. Once you have made the changes you need to go to safe mode with command prompt and overwrite the existing file. You can also use reshacker to modify the ntoskrnl.exe, and logonui.exe files to change your boot and welcome screen.
