I`m thinking of getting the Saitek keyboard.

Have you any advice to give me?

I think it looks really cool.

Regards Howard.

Sorry about the late reply howard didnt know that i had any replies. The saitek keyboard is really awesome very quiet and the lights work well not too bright and not too dull. Plus there is two different light brightness settings. The only con i see about this keyboard is that if you are a FPS fan the paint on the keys start to wear off after extended use. So in my case the WASD keys are slightly wearing off but the other keys are perfect. The keyboard strokes are very quiet and the clicking sounds of keys is not that much when you type which is always a plus. Hope this helps in ur decision if i have a choice i would definately get another one to replace mine cuz the logitech g15 keyboard is too expensive and doesnt match my case and mouse black and blue theme.

Thanks for the advice BringinHeat, it`s much appreciated.

The only problem with the key symbols wearing off, is the amount of typing I do lol.

I`ll hopefully get one this month.

Regards Howard.

lol fiziks thats what the makers of das keyboard thought. Check it out http://www.xoxide.com/das-keyboard.html.

In my opinion and experience the wearing off of the keys can not happen with normal or even excessive typing but only with FPS video games cuz your fingers are constantly on the keys unlike typing where you just click and move.

like mine, except mine's spraypainted... if your keys rub off you should have learned by then where the keys are all located

I'm picking up an Optimus when they come out

Well, I finally got a saitek keyboard, better late than never lol.

I got the one with red lights and think it`s absolutely awesome. Not just the looks but the operation is just so smooth.

You can see some pics of my keyboards HERE, HERE and HERE.
