My usual idle temp with HSF combo. Notice its not just booted temp. Temps are on the right side of taskbar, first number is CPU temp, second means nothing. Ambient temp between 11 and 15.

Then you havent seen nothing.

I once had my desktop covered in 16 by 16 pixel icons, but that was before I tydied up.

Now my desktop is always clean and tidy.

And btw, my Intel 550 3.4Ghz is oc'ed with watercooling to 4.13Ghz and it's always right on room temp when idle.

desktop cleared. Reformatted the comp.

I accidentally set FF to download to desktop, which made everything that messy.

Set a folder specially for FF downloads now

Welcome to the club. I keep less than 10 icons all the time. I just make a folder called "Desktop" and dump the 400 or so icons in there.

Who needs folders when you can just keep increasing your resolution?

At the time, it was winter. And it was night. And I don't have heaters in the room.

At the same time, it wasn't snowing, it wasn't that cold (I was in a Tshirt). Ambient temp was mentioned too. This is what you get if you can live with some noise...

Make that ALOT of noise...

Winvista.zip is the file of free WinVista wallpapers the photographer put out on the net. Given that I'm using XP, and still using XP, I can assure you its not a pirated copy of Vista there

And thats just the LAN speed.... Internet speed is.... 24mbps....
