Hmm..., let's see, 2 back 80mm fans, 2 side panel 80mm fans, one front panel intake 90mm fan, and that's not counting the two fans in the psu, the cpu fan, and the graphics card fan. Amazingly though it isn't too loud, the antec psu is fairly quiet, the cpu cooler isn't too bad, the graphics card is quiet, the back panel fans are antec tri-speeds, so have adjustable speeds(and can be made quiet), and the front intake is a silent 90mm fan from vantec. The side panel fans however were loud(antec 80mm blue led fans), but I volt modded them so they run on 7v, and now they're quiet too. The crazy part is that before I modded the dell, it only had 2 fans, a rear exhaust, and a single psu fan.

I have one back 80mm one side 80mm, a PCI Fan/Exaust cooling system, 6600GT Fan, Stock Amd Heatsink/Fan. Also my PSU has 2 fans. My system can etheir be silent or VERY VERY loud
