greatest single player experience in my opinion... although this game does get old quite quickly

oh yeah i forgot to add the hardware specs



Gefx5500pci

AMD sempron 3000+



and the rest has been changed since..



I believe I was using corsair memory modules 256 x2 ddr333

WD 40gb 7.2 ATA (the drive containing the program folder)



With these specs and setting mostly maxed (besides models and reflections) i got about 40fps on Avg.with no AA and 8x anis.

I forgot to mention the resolution is set at 8x6 to achieve those frames... at 10x7 I could assume I get around 25-35

On my new computer with full graphics and 1400x1050 resolution (16:10) I get 71 FPS. This game is insanely fun.

with 64 bit hl2 (and win64), AMD64 3300, and 6600gt (with the appropriate display drivers)



on full, 1600x1200, I get like ~65fps..

I play 1680x1250 with high res textures ( Fake Factory made them ), and everything on Max except for AF Which is only on x8, get around 68fps when just running around and 55+ fps during combat
