Google clamps down on parodies

There seems to be no shortage of Google parodies out there. Now if you were Google, how would you take it? You've spent $$$ on developing your own distinctive style and design. Your own brand. Its quite understandable then when someone nicks your ideas, you get a little annoyed. Which is why Google are clamping down on such parodies. They have issued several takedown notices. This may signal the beginning of a crucade on Google's part to wipe out anything that, in their eyes, dilutes the value of their trademark.

  1. Read the takedown notice link - the letter. The guy who sends that... he has such a cool job. He gets to find people who intringe on the trade mark and shut them down. He's a Trademark Policy Specialist. I would love something like that.
