After being sued for allegedly allowing child porn to be shared through its Yahoo Groups service, Yahoo is being sued again. This time, Cecilia Barnes, 48, is suing the company for $3 million, after claiming that the company has failed to remove naked pictures of her when she asked.

Cecilia Barnes, 48, claims that her former boyfriend began posting naked pictures of her in Yahoo! Profiles. Apparently the pictures were taken without her knowledge and posted to Yahoo chatrooms.

She says that she learnt about the postings when men began contacting her at work or even showing up expecting a liaison.

Barnes says that Yahoo ignored her letters, but in March she spoke to a Yahoo! Spinner, namely Mary Osako, Yahoo’s director of communications, who told her that the profiles would be removed.
