ECS aims to increase shipments by 25%

ECS has become a fairly popular brand in the low-cost spectrum of the PC market, typically offering large but random feature sets, with the boards typically being upwards of a half to a third the cost of performance boards. Recently, they have set a goal for shipments over the next few months, aiming to provide three million motherboards a month, with a total of 30 million boards to be shipped during this year. That's a substantial boost in sales. Though from an enthusiast standpoint ECS can be a mixed bag, they occasionally release a real winner (such as the K7S5A), and perhaps the increase in output will make the chances of that higher.
