21 eBay fraudsters indicted, 15 arrested
In the ever increasing war against Internet crime, U.S. officials have indicted a total of 21 people over eBay scams that supposedly robbed people of a whopping $5 Million. The scams were international, having groups of people in both the U.S. and Romania. Fraud on the Internet is relatively new, since the Internet itself isn't that old. It was only a matter of time before people started to try take advantage of each other, and now governments are beginning to step in more and more. For better or for worse. Of the 21, 15 have already been arrested.
