Agitate someone enough, and they are liable to strike back at you no matter how big you are. That's what the RIAA has felt occasionally from time to time as some of their targets get fed up with their bullying, and now they are being taken to court again. This time, one RIAA target has filed 5 counterclaims against them, accusing the giant company of trespass, computer fraud, unfair trade practices, extortion and conspiracy. Those are some pretty harsh charges, and this could easily end up being a very interesting case to watch.

The RIAA knows well enough that if all their targets were to fight back, it would be pointless to pursue. Unfortunately that is not the case, so they get away with an excessive amount of bullying. It is good to see some people standing up for themselves.
