Following a dispute over some pricing issues back in August, NBC has officially ended their deal with Apple and their content has been removed from the iTunes Store, despite being the largest supplier of video downloads. Some shows that are broadcasted on NBC are still available at the iTunes Store, however, as they are produced by other studios, rather than NBC Universal.

The company will continue to sell its shows online through various outlets including Amazon's unbox and Netflix's Watch Now service. NBC will also offer new episodes of its shows through Hulu.com and the Windows-only NBC direct, which allows users to download shows to their computers - although each file expires after 48 hours after being played for the first time.
