Microsoft concerned over Google/Yahoo deal
After Microsoft and Yahoo failed to come to agreeable terms, the latter quickly announced it had reached a deal to run the Google’s ads alongside its own search results and on some of its websites in the United States and Canada. Microsoft is unhappy with this and is petitioning the Government to hear their pleas. Redmond is concerned that any deal between the two rival search giants would comprise a monopoly of search advertising, if not search itself. Google and Yahoo on the other hand defended their deal, claiming it would make Yahoo a stronger company.
Microsoft expressed similar concerns earlier in the year when they claimed Google was in no position to buy Yahoo, as it would instantly make them a monopoly. A bit curious coming from a company that enjoyed a near total monopoly on desktop operating systems and Internet browsers for many years, even if they are correct in their assertion.

If the only news in the Technology field is about how M$ is whining more about Yahoo wanting nothing to do with them, the only choice is to put the money on the table and buy them or walk away and STFU about it already. I can not stand to see companies whine like this and seeing M$ whining and taking the piss every other day in the news is worse then a screaming child. All it is really doing is adding to the M$ hate... its very sad, let it go!

So all of a sudden a deal happens which doesn't even constitute as a partnership they start crying, so yeah, they need to shut up, and learn business ethics, don't try kill competition, be better than them.
