Windows 7 Beta now publicly available
Just a quick reminder to everyone who wishes to give Windows 7 a try: the public beta download is up for grabs now. There's a catch though, it will only be available to the first 2.5 million downloaders, which probably means that by the time you read this the offer will be long gone or the servers will be overloaded – in fact I can confirm the latter.
Then again, it has been corroborated that the official public beta is the exact same build (7000) as the one leaked shortly after Christmas. So if you aren't lucky enough to make the cut, there's always BitTorrent. The beta will expire on August 1, 2009.
