Gets warm when powered on.
No tripod mount on camera or casing.
More expensive than other offerings.
Curve lense not good for underwater and no GoPro option available to change to a flat lens.
Noise in low-light conditions.
Limited battery life.
Archaic control system.
Fixed focal length lens.
No GPS.
