Pros

Stylish and comfortable design.
Exceptionally crisp and balanced audio response with a tight low-end and warm mids.
Nice carrying case included.
Music-phone-compatible cable.
Fantastic, balanced sound.
Bass thumps but isn’t muddy.
The mute button is an awesome innovation.
Solid noise cancellation.

Cons

Cannot be used without batteries.
Expensive.
Glossy black design is very smudge-prone.
Not the most comfortable or portable headphones.
Some songs (mainly hihats and other brass percussion components) sound harsh.
Answer button on included cable is very wonky at first, though you get used to it.
