Pros

Superb sound quality.
Directional positioning is phenomenal.
Simple controls.
Great design.
Accessible volume buttons for mic and headphones.
Attractive design--especially for Star Wars fans.

Cons

Software is a must to fine tune the headset.
Bullet-point Dolby mode is rubbish.
Priced on the high side for a wired headset.
Boom mic is mounted on the left ear cup and can't be moved.
