Pros

Exceptional sound quality. Marvelous bass. Stays put securely. Water resistant and dogproof.
Propulsive sound is great for running. They stay put regardless. Washable. Relatively attractive
Comfortable fit and firmly stay in your ears while exercising, overall pleasant sound quality, sturdy design materials.

Cons

Ambient noise leaks in. Large earbuds might be uncomfortable for some users.
Sound lacks bass. Cable is an odd length
Few bass/mid/high frequency issues keep it from excelling with any particular type of music.
