Pros

Good wireless range.
Superb sound for all sorts of content.
LiveMix works quite well.
ExactSND presets are nice.
Build Quality.
Design.
Retractable Unidirectional Microphone.
XBOX 360 Compatible.

Cons

The mic only works for the Xbox 360.
Does not recharge batteries.
Sound positioning is average.
Not really comfortable.
Expensive.
