Pros

Greatlooking design, Nano receiver, Long battery life, 1600dpi laser sensor
Easy to install, batteries last a very long time, pink color stands out.
Low cost, High dpi (some might not like that however), Light, Very portable, Wide variety of colors, Slides smooth
Mouse performance on a variety of surfaces, Comes in a variety of pastel and traditional colors

Cons

Wrist may drag on surface you are using the mouse on
Does not work well on a clear surface, DPI cannot be adjusted, pink color stands out!
At least give me a side moving scroll wheel
Little functionality beyond basic conventions, Cropped formfactor may not be comfortable for everyone
