Plenty of power output, Gave me a nice performance boost in my games, Cables were flexible enough to make sharp radius turns, More then enough power cables/plugs to accommodate some of the largest computers out there, Great Warranty coverage

Cons:

Less than stellar AC ripple and noise suppression, High price
Cables may present a problem for cable management
