Pros:

Passive cooling no noise!, 80PLUS Bronze, Plenty of cables, including PCIE (not always found on lower wattage, passive PSUs), Solid build quality is evident (I wouldn't trust my PC on some of those cheap feeling passive power supplies!)

Cons:

You pay for quality here this might sway people away from the fact it is a lower wattage power supply, but has the advantage of passive (dead silent) cooling.
