Benchmarks: World in Conflict
World in Conflict appears to favor the GeForce GTX cards, as the GeForce GTX 260 was able to outperform the Radeon HD 4870 by a 9% performance margin at 1920x1200. The GeForce GTX 260 was also 13% faster than the Radeon HD 4850 and 8% slower than the mighty GeForce GTX 280.
Interestingly, with 4xAA/16xAF enabled the Radeon HD 4870 was able to make a bit of a comeback, defeating the GeForce GTX 260 by a narrow 5% performance margin at 1920x1200.
The Radeon HD 4850 on the other hand was still much slower than the GeForce GTX 260, losing by a 13% performance margin. The GeForce GTX 280 was also 13% faster than the Radeon HD 4870, as it remained in first place.
