Benchmarks: UT3, World in Conflict
The Radeon HD 3870 X2 was able to pull ahead by 6-7 fps compared to the 3870 Crossfire setup. However it was outperformed by the GeForce boards at 1440x900 and 1680x1050, while retaining the lead at the extreme 1920x1200 resolution.
World in Conflict shows mixed results although all cards performed very similarly. The Radeon HD 3870 X2 board was the fastest solution except in the 1440x900 resolution test, where the single GeForce 8800 GTX fared slightly better.
