Whenever I mount a .mds file (not sure with other file formats) onto a virtual IDE drive it seems to freeze the program and slowly freeze the whole computer?! Why does it freeze when I mount!

I'm not sure what the problem is, and though I doubt it's related to this (http://digg.com/security/Daemon_Tools_Goes_Spyware_), it's probably worth mentioning to you.
