I have a dell laptop and whne I booted up yesterday I had a error loading c:\windows\system32\wqnomolw.dll message come up.I do not know what this means.also I use NOD32 and it picked up a virus but I was able to deleat it.Hope someone can help,thanks.

yes it does

You will need to run a registry cleaner like CCleaner or Glarysoft Utilities. Do a Google search for them. They are very good... and free!
