Hi,
I have a user that when she receives an email with a pasted document/pic to the email in outlook 2003 she is unable to view it
I have gone through all her security setting in both outlook and IE and still she can not view the pics if she forwards the email the person receiving can view but not her

Any suggestions?

Is she in the local admin group? Is this any email with an attachment or just pictures?

It sounds like the setting in Outlook were set to block the download of images. Did you make sure this check box is not empty
