I'm not sure if this is the right forum, When I watch high def movies on my pc it runs clear but gets frozen between scenes for a few seconds. I'm running a Dell 2407WFPb, with a Intel E6550 2.33GHz cpu, Kernel: 2.6.24.3-34.fc8, mb Intel DP965LT on a Fedora core 8 pc.

Have you installed the nVidia drivers? It sounds like you don't have full 3D accelleration.

Also, where are you running the HD movies from?
