Silent self-extracting archive

hi, i would like to know how to silently install (switchless installer) a winrar archive (with registry fix) i have put together. For most archives i have successfully used the syntax "filename /s" without the quotes, however, in my newest archive i added a .reg file which is executed directly after the extraction process. I'm able to extract the files silently but then comes the "add files to registry" dialog box, that breaks the silence.

Now, i know how to install the registry keys silently using syntax 'regedit /s filename' without the quotes.

But how do i do this all in one command (doing both tasks and only have to press "enter" [execute] once)
