If this is the wrong forum sorry,anywho I have norton internet security 2008 on my laptop and its fixing to run out in 2 days.Im wondering if I uninstall it from the computer and download another copy of norton would I have the 90 days again or would it somehow remember I only have 2 days left.Thanks for any help

It will remember

Either through registry entries or IP (in some cases)

Anyway, if it's not too late to say: Remove Norton! and install the new AVG 8.0 Free (http://www.grisoft.cz/filedir/inst/avg_free_stf_en_8_100a1295.exe)

Are you just trying to beat the subscription fee or don't you want to use Norton? My guess would be that if you try to d/l another version at this point, you will likely get a message that you already have a Norton program on the system and are not eligible for another freebie.
