Hi Everyone.

I was using a Microsoft program called Great plains on my 2003 server
Once in GP (Great Plains) I went to the toolbar and selected another program called FRX that GP uses.
It proceeded to ask for the location of the FRX.exe file that it need to open, so I browsed to the folder found the FRX.exe file that I thought was the correct one and opened the link.
Well as you have probably already guessed this was not the correct exe file that it needed so now every time I select FRX in GP it opens the wrong exe file.

How do I correct this problem how do I change the link to open the correct exe file

Please help the accounting dept is on my back :)

Thanks

goodness! You're into a very specific application and how it stores references to internal data and files.
*Maybe* 1/1000 users even know what Great Plains software is!

My first thought is to open G.P. Preferences and see if you can find that reference.
As G.P. is multi user, it is impossible that settings are in the client's system registry.

While you're looking about, find the right location of FRX.exe and create a shortcut for it
and drag it to a well known location for reference latter :)
