My bosses laptop is constantly freezing up and giving and error msg from outlook saying a data file didnt close properly when you start outlook. Also trying to connect to the internent explorer will freeze and u cannot get online. Can anyone help me.

Sounds like your bosses hard drive and it's Windows install needs cleaning. Download and install CCleaner and Glary Utilities... They are free, and you can find them by exercising your Google search skills. Run these and see if the freezing stops. If they don't help, you may have to run diagnostics on the hard drive
