Im looking into building a laptop for my friend and i definatly need help...

Hes using it for school and stuff so the main thing is probably just battery life and cost. He does game though. Also it is for next school year so I do have a nice bit of time.

Im pretty sure i know the parts that i will be using and they are:

Intel Atom (Diamondville?)
One 2 gig module DDR2 (DDR3?)
17" or higher screen. Preferably 20"
If i can fit it, an 8800M GTS

What i need help on is finding a barebone and general advice on building your own laptop. It is still cheeper right? I already have the OS.

There were a couple of threads in Techspot that referenced an Asus and OCZ barebones laptops. Here is a link to each thread with a link to the full article in each thread: Asus thread: http://74.55.96.66/vb/topic105026.html
OCZ thread: http://74.55.96.66/vb/topic104957.html

At the time of posting the OCZ website seems to be down at the moment.
