Folder options/File types?

Hi,

In my Folder options>File types, I have a 100 of these strange file types(R0-100R file type) They also have those tacky icons that windows dont support.

Can I or should I delete these.ty

I can't identify those files. So my suggestion is: if you don't know, don't!

After reformatting they're no longer there.
