Problem with Dell Keyboard Function

Hi

I am having the problem with the keyboard functions in Dell Insprion Laptop.

When i am trying to press button shift 2 it is placing the "symbol and shift 3 it is placing the £ symbol and shitf " it is placing the @ symbol.

I don't know whether this problem is belongs to manufacture fault or installation of keyboard driver.

Please help me how to solve this problem.
