I'm not sure what you want? You can try any distribution, there is no ideal one for your particular set up. Also the fact that you have Vista makes no difference either.
Try ubuntu. You can dual boot it with your other OS (Vista) and your graphics card should work ok. If you've no experience with Linux at all you should go and ask some questions on the official forums for the distribution that you eventually choose to go with.

Actually I thought that too, but I didn't want to reply in case I was missing something
I like Ubuntu too: http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

You have a good setup as hardware goes, so I'd suggest SUSE 11. While Ubuntu is wonderful (I use it), SUSE has more features and runs like a Hummer next to a Ford. SUSE won't install as quickly as Ubuntu because there's more to install, but your setup can handle it. SUSE also has a very pleasing green backdrop.

Is OpenSuse 11.0 Free?
I have chosen OpenSuse 11 :) 32 Bit I probably could use 64 bit but don't feel like it...
Thank you :)

OpenSuse 11 is indeed free. Rejoice! I might have to get myself another drive to try it out.
