I would like to resize my 2nd FAT32 partition to make some space for Linux. I have defragmented the drive using Norton Speedisk. However, I think, based on the graphical layout, the files have been relocated mostly to the beginning of the partition, with some files placed on the other end of the partition.
[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
[xxxx............................................................]
[.............................xxxxx]
Thus, I would not be able to resize the partition at all, right? (Would like to use Partition Magic to do so when possible.)
How do I solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

You can resize with Partition Magik, it will move the files located at the end of the partition to a more appropriate area. No problems there.
Do a backup, just in case.

Thank you! Should have asked this aeons ago. :)
I've resized it successfully. Now to install real software.
