Taken from -> Hardware.fr (http://www.hardware.fr/news/lire/26-02-2004/#6402)
For those that have an AthlonXP ( serial number starting with AXDA ) & can't unlock multipliers 5x to 12.5x :

So far I've only seem them on this store -> Bacata (http://www.bacata.net/modules.php?name=catalog&file=product_info&products_id=385&osCsid=fac1b4a17d3c4829c6606199ee2ee39d)
Maybe if someone were to send NewEgg an email about that very interesting item.;)
*Edit* The SpeedStrip website is here -> http://www.speed-strip.com/
