Forwarding port

I was trying to forward a port, and I got my static ip adress, but now when i type in my ip to access my router settings, it always says the server is taking too long to respond. Whats wrong?

I haven't found any thing regarding my problem, that was the site I tried to use, but I couldn't find out what to do after I encountered this problem

Usually, that means you did something wrong and should go back to square one and start again.

The usual checks are to temporarilly stop AV, AM, etc and make sure Firewall isn't blocking, etc.
