MS Money

Does anyone know of a piece of software that converts MS Money 97 files to recent formats?

M$ Money has a sunset clause that sunsets the current format after 3 years. You cannot use an older version with a newer version unless you pay for an upgrade. Every 3 years you will be required to upgrade. Quicken is even worse with a 2 year clause.
