Junk File Removal tool

Hi all,
I am constantly facing the problem of junk files appearance on my pc.
I couldn't find any system solution, so the freeware I use to delete them is Junk FIles Cleaner (from Digeus)

Is it safe to use?

I have never used this utility. The one I use is CCleaner( without the registry option)
