Turtle Beach Montego II Vortex 2 AU8830A2

No 2k/XP drivers, same chipset as Diamond Monster Sound MX300, and Generic Aureal Vortex 2, almost same chipset as Aureal SuperQuad 2500.
Try here: http://www.soundcard-drivers.com/companies/136.htm?acd=3&rvd=5&thx=9&bng=7&o=5

Or throw away, it was made for Windows 95 !

Here's all the info on your Sound card: --> http://support.turtlebeach.com/site/kb_ftp/576.asp

Montego II - FAQs http://support.turtlebeach.com/site/kb_ftp/576113721.asp

The Montego series of sound cards are not supported in Windows XP. These cards were designed at the time when Win 95 was the prevailing OS on the market. Win XP will install the "Reference" drivers that offer basic functionality. Reference drivers are not supported by Turtle Beach.
