I have an HP DV8000. It had 1 stick of 512 mb ssd RAM. It has space for 2 sticks, so this weekend I purchased two 1 gig sticks, however when I have the second stick in the laptop does not turn on properly. Does anybody know if there is a fix for this, or is the second RAM space not supposed to be used?
