Incorrect function

When i go to open my d drive with a blank cd in it it returns the message: "D:\ is not accessable, Incorrect function.
I had demon tools installed but i uninstalled it, and the d drive still wont work.

I recommend before doing FilterFix.exe that you uninstall the CD/DVD drive from Device manager then reboot it will reinstall before running filterfix.
