Alright, this is driving me nutts! I hope somebody can assist. I have two HD's on my desktop; one went bad that was the administrator account with no password. My other hd works fine but I forgot the password I set on it some time ago. I cannot get on even in safe mode. I started to load windows again and partition it... but I will lose the information. Any suggestions?

The best thing you can do to save the information is buy a new HD and install your OS to that and keep the old drive as your secondary. OR you can get ERDCommander, which you use as a boot cd to access that partition. There is a program inside of that called LOCKSMITH, that you can reset any password on that partition.
