My laptop Asus f3t series
will not show any thing when started up the on light goes on but nothing else happens
It was working fine last night and really have never had any problems before

Please plug an external (PC) monitor, securely into the back of it
And try turning it on again

You will need to follow the above guide in more detail
Remove battery\HardDrive\all externals
Reseat Ram (try one card only)
Possibly, open it up! (ie dimantle)

Many manufacturers provide guides (including pictures) that you can download (by the way, I'm repeating on every post here, what's already written in the guide)

But with all power out
Turn the laptop over
You should see a couple of covers (usually with one screw, holding in the cover it self)
Remove the covers
Reseat the Ram (they click in and out)
Reseat the harddrive

Did you at least manage to remove the battery?

If you can post a picture try to, that will help people point you to what you should open.
