I am unable to update various programs including avast, avira virus software. I also cannot download audiobooks. I can use skype but cannot use Yahoo messenger for voice out calls. There is something blocking my system - the company that I have service from doesn't have a problem when they connect, so it does not appear to be their server. I have turned windows firewall off and still am getting the problem - I really don't know what to try?! Any ideas?

Skip no steps (do not install another virus scanner if you already have one, ask me before installing a Firewall).
Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSptware!
