Outlook 2003 does not post feeds from the ny times on time

i subscribe to the ny times feeds and alerts and suddenly, outlook has stopped posting these until hours later than the times sends the messages out. verizon says its not their fault, the times says it's not their fault, and i don't know what is going on can any of you help me out????

Check your Outlook settings against the information online at the Microsoft Knowledge Base. There is a great deal of information there on Outlook, and I suspect something is out of Whack.
You almost need one of the Outlook 2003 manuals from Amazon com to deal with all you have to know about Outlook. They will make you a better Outlook 2003 user.
