Knoppix installation

Can anyone help me step by step for the installation of knopix? the cd works fine but when i tried to install it to HDD, a message says: *Not enough swap space found and * No usable install-partition found. I also tried to get internet connection but i use LAN and i couldn't figure it out. I want to install it and be able to use the internet.
This is what i have:Ethernet Fast PCI from Sis 900 my interent provider is speedy, WAN Miniport (PPPOE) . Any more info needed? thx for your help.

Why would you try to install it? Get a real distribution, such as Ubuntu or Fedora ;)
